Cristiano Ronaldo banned from Al Nassr debut today
Cristiano Ronaldo is banned from making his debut for Al Nassr today (Thursday).
The five-time Ballon d’Or winner won’t be able to make his debut on Thursday when his new team face Al-Ta’ee.
But Ronaldo is ineligible to make his Al Nassr debut as he’s yet to serve a ban for a previous misdemeanor whilst at Man United.
As a result, he has been told he’s suspended from taking part in Al Nassr’s match against Al-Ta’ee, according to the Daily Mail.
So, the ban carries onto his new club and prevents him from starring for Al Nassr until they have played two competitive games that he would have been available for.
That being said, the former Real Madrid and Juventus man could be in line to make his Al Nassr show on January 21 against Ettifaq.
And he took part in an open training session with his new teammates, too, as he showed off his finishing skills in a drill.
