KUST’s Registrar Emerges CASPIN President
The Registrar of Kano state University of Science and Technology, (KUST), Wudil, Alhaji Aminu Bello, Dan Iyan Makaman, Kano has been elected as president Corporate Administration and Secretaries Professional Institute of Nigeria (CASPIN).
Alhaji Bello alongside his executive members would run the affairs of the institute for the next three years.
The induction of new professional members and the elections was held in Kaduna state recently.
Speaking shortly after the elections, the new president said the institute will do everything possible towards improving the standard of the outfit.
He called on the executive as well as the members to work collectively for the overall development of the institute.
The president then urged stakeholders to continue to give all their maximum support and cooperation in order to actualize set target.
He told Nigerian Sketch that the vice chancellor of Kano State University of Science and Technology, Wudil, Professor Shehu Alhaji Musa, has been helpful, and he thanked him as well as those who have contributed in one way or the other towards the success of the event.
CASPIN said in its official website that it is “a human capital development organization established by CAM Act of 1990 and accredited by Nigerian council for Management Development (CMD) with RC No. 958061 and Accreditation no. CMD / COA / AMTI / 0284 respectively to assist, inspire and develop Corporate Administrators and executive managerial personnel of the public, private sector, the academia, and non-governmental organizations by involving high caliber professionals from diverse academic fields, who are committed continually to search for improvement strategies and implementation of global best practices.”
