Kano Hisbah’s Facebook page still under hackers’ control five days after breech
Hackers on Wednesday invaded the official Kano Hisbah’s Facebook pagepage of the Kano State Hisbah Board.
They snatched control of the page, posting inappropriate content to the platform, which has over 82,000 followers.
Most of the followers of the page expressed shock at the incident, saying it was bad.
Confirming the hack on Friday, the Commander General of the Board, Sheikh Aminu Ibrahim Daurawa, assured the public that they are working to resolve the issue.
“Kano State Hisbah Board is aware that its Facebook page has been hacked and inappropriate things are being shared. On behalf of the board, I call on people to help solve this problem,” Daurawa told newsmen.

As of Sunday morning, the Facebook page was still under the control of the hackers, as all the posts in the page were nude-prone.
